Sandra founded Snapdragon Design LLC in 2000, leveraging her mix of both agency and client-side experience. Her career spans retail, food & beverage, media & entertainment, publishing, and banking. Her expertise in the travel and hospitality industry includes extensive work for national and international clients, including Fiesta American Hotels & Resorts in Mexico; Colonial Williamsburg in Virginia; Fishing Lodge Cap Cana in the Dominican Republic; CordeValle Resort in California; Naples Grande Resort in Florida; and Salamander Resort & Spa in Virginia.

After receiving her Bachelor of Fine Arts in graphic design and photography from the University of Georgia, Sandra put her talents to work for a range leading brands including Del Monte; UPS; NAPA Auto Parts; University of Phoenix; and Sears.

Valerie’s career spans three continents and multiple disciplines, from strategic marketing to branding, copywriting, and media relations. She was managing director of a boutique PR and marketing consultancy in Paris where she worked with a number of Fortune 500 companies including iconic brands such as Apple. She has served as a key marketing consultant for leading tech and cable TV companies in the Caribbean and Europe. Valerie’s expertise includes content strategy and development, messaging and positioning, campaign and theme development, and public relations.

Valerie holds an undergraduate degree from Vanderbilt University and a Masters in International Business from American University, Washington D.C.  She speaks fluent French.

Keith has brought his creative talents to a wide range of projects for leading brands including: Sony; Disney; Audi; IBM; Coca-Cola; Procter & Gamble; Burt’s Bees; CarMax; Krispy Kreme; Bojangles; and more. His expertise encompasses all media types, from broadcast and print to digital content and social media. Keith has managed diverse teams, nurtured talent, and built strong bonds of trust with clients who – in their words – “adore” him. He also invented a paper airplane that flaps its wings when it flies, so there’s that, too.

Keith received his BFA in graphic design from the University of Georgia.

Brita has formal training in fine art and architecture, which she has leveraged for roles at architecture firms, design agencies, and universities. She has designed both print and interactive projects including branding, use case scenarios, brochures, high-end PowerPoint presentations, posters, large-format print collateral and wireframes. Brita also has experience with web, app production, and digital fabrication.

Brita has a bachelor’s in business administration from University of Colorado at Boulder and a master’s in architecture from University of Colorado at Denver. She is a CNC Specialist and Rhino Instructor in the Digital Fabrication Training and Workshops Program at Fab Lab London.

Randall brings more than a decade of multi-faceted digital production experience to the Snapdragon team. He has both PMP and CSM certifications and can manage projects using Agile or traditional methodologies. His 20-year career includes roles at Electronic Arts/Playfish in their Beijing office and Gameloft Barcelona. At Cartoon Network, his team produced 15 single- and multiplayer games per year.

Randall earned both his undergraduate, applied physics degree and his MBA from Auburn University. An international man of mystery, he has lived in China, the U.K., the Cayman Islands, and Spain.

Nicole provides a full suite of photographic services, from studio work to on-site location shoots, including outdoor, adventure and drone photography, as well as multimedia projects involving multiple disciplines collaborating together.

Having covered assignments in both the US and numerous international locations, Nicole has experience with a broad and diverse range of clients. Her portfolio encompasses everything from the Olympics, to the equestrian arts, cuisine, travel, and product shoots. A master behind the lens, Nicole captures images with astonishing clarity and artistry.

She holds a Bachelors degree in Film Production from UCLA.
